For specific measures, a detailed countermeasure implementation plan was formulated according to 5W1H, and the innovation work on the warehouse was completed according to the plan. Through the upgrading and transformation of the warehouse, it not only saves more than half of the occupied area, but also shortens the material picking time by 67%.
